"The outside is well maintained and well lit, which is nice coming home late at night. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings could be updated a little, orange juice was on the watery side, but otherwise a very good stay."

"I visit cousins in Old Saybrook annually and Blue Pier Inn is my go to spot. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a good value and good location and I always get a good nights rest. It could use a little sprucing up but I hear the owners are doing some renovations."

"Beautiful views. Immaculately clean. Pool is a nice bonus. Staff was helpful, especially Shu, who helped us check in. She was friendly and efficient. Can't wait to come back."
