Prima Life Makadi Hotel - All inclusive

"My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Prima Life Makadi. We truly enjoyed our stay and believe the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily recommend it and consider returning! I’d like to share a few friendly suggestions to make the experience even better: Room Cleanliness: Room cleaning seemed to focus mainly on emptying the bins, and bed sheets were not changed daily. A little more attention to daily housekeeping would make a difference. Bathroom & Refrigerator: Shower water often spread onto the bathroom floor and room corridor, with no convenient way to dry it except by requesting housekeeping. The minibar refrigerator also did not cool properly. Animation Team: The team works very hard and deserves appreciation. Having a team size more suitable for the number of guests, along with activities in different locations and at various times throughout the day, would make the entertainment even better. Beach & Pool Towels: Convenient towel exchange stations near the beach and pools would be a great improvement, saving guests from carrying wet towels back to their rooms and waiting for replacements or drying them on the balcony. These suggestions come with genuine appreciation. We loved the hotel's atmosphere and our family holiday, and I believe these small improvements could make Prima Life Makadi even better. "Everything was perfect except charging us for water on dinner table while having free bottles of water in the rooms!!! They stopped charging us for water after we complained , but not sure if the rules were changed for everyone"

"From the grounds, to housekeeping, the spa and the rooftop restaurant this is one of the best hotel I have stayed at. Even The pool cleaner Chebl saw I needed something and dropped everything to come help me. We were sad about missing the excellent breakfast because our plane left early so the front desk set us up with smoothies, cappuccinos and to go boxes for the airport. They work as a team here and it shows."

"The staff are good .the food was good . The beach have many small fish bite you . The wifi so bad . The pathway from the beach to the room not maintain and lot of stones . Hard for people have walking problem."

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."
