"They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days before arrival ???? The 2 bedroom I had booked 8 months prior ? But free room was nice and excellent hot free breakfast . Sausage .scrambled eggs , potatoes , fr.toast , fruit and oatmeal was offered . I would definitely try to stay again . Also was a musty smell in hallway . But room was very clean . "

"I am from FW but wanted some space from family. I tried other hotels but this was the only one with a room for 2 nights. Pricey yes but def worth it. Only open a few months old, clean, nice/friendly staff. The walls seem a Little thin and there is no microwave or iron in the room and I like convenience but I was fine w/o it. Free coffee, free water. I didn’t get to utilize the spa but maybe next time. Location is good. Lots of places to shop and eat near"

"I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. But at check in, staff indicated since they were sold out there were only 2 rooms w a double and 1 room w a king. I made the reservation several weeks ago so should have been able to meet my request of 3 double rooms."

"This was the absolutely worst hotel i have ever seen. Where do i start. First the key didn't work and had to get a new one. The room liked as if it had never been blended properly or maintained. The fridge was hot, and smelled so bad. The bathroom was cover in long black hairs on the floor and all in the shower. The TV did not work and the skirting around both needs had very questionable "white stains". When you turned the sink on, since the screen is moving from the faucet, the water went everywhere and shot black mildew on my daughter. It was so utterly disgusting we packed our stuff and made the 2 and half hour drive home at midnight. My family refused to stay somewhere like this and I advise others advise well. It definitely gave a low class, drug use, sex worker vibe hotel."

"The only positive about the place was that our room was renovated. The entire place was under construction and that was not disclosed when booking. There were construction materials everywhere blocking all amenities like the pool and gym. We were unable to partake in the continental breakfast as the had ran out of basically everything. Very very disappointing for the amount we paid"
