This breathtaking property is located in the secure, gated community of Village Walk. This is a three-story, 3100 square foot free-standing condo and has been impeccably remodeled from top to bottom. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings, no detail has been left out. Ground-level features include a spacious downstairs living area with a couch, love seat and two chairs, a coffee bar and mini-fridge, storage room, 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) has 2 Queen beds, a chest for your beach attire, a TV and a full bath with a tub/shower. On the 2nd floor, a lavish master suite (BR2) with a King size bed, TV, sitting area with 2 accent chairs, complete with private deck, coffee bar, wine cooler, walk-in closet and large ensuite bath with a tub and stand-alone shower. Also on the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms with baths and a washer/ dryer tucked neatly into a closet. (BR3) has a Queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower. (BR4) is equipped with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a full bath with shower/tub. The top floor offers an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen with Keurig to satisfy your culinary needs and a large, covered deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. The living/dining area is designed for entertaining with a couch and 3 large chairs. The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 5 barstools at the bar. A spiral staircase leads from the deck to a rooftop deck with fabulous Gulf views. The private courtyard is equipped with BBQ grills, a fire pit, a fish cleaning table, a Pergola shade structure, and ambient lighting.
** Elevator is activated for handicap access ONLY, which services all 3 levels. Contact management to activate and unlock it**. There are 2 community pools that are heated during the winter months.

Great Home!

House was perfect for our stay. My mother is somewhat immobile and having the elevator allowed her to be with us on all floors of the home. One of the residents a couple houses down was kind of rude and accused my wife and sister of stealing from my truck. But overall a wonderful stay at a great property!

Great getaway

We have been going to Port Aransas every year for the past 10 years. The layout of this property initially seems odd with the kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor, but it really helped the flow of the group and allows for great views from the common spaces. Everything was great and we all agreed this was one of the best houses we've stayed in yet.

Great Place

Loved this place and had a wonderful family vacation. 11 of us stayed and had plenty of room. It is hard to cool the first floor, so have the folks who don’t mind it a little warmer stay there.

Great place for multiple families

We had three families at the house and it worked out great. Each was able to have their own space and own bathroom. The house is very nice with open spaces for congregating and plenty of room in the kitchen to make meals. The AC cools well and there were lots of positive comments on the decor. The decks are nice for sitting outside and enjoying your coffee. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Trip to Port Aransas

What a great property! The house decor was superb and was in tip top shape. We were minutes away from the beach and within 10 minutes drove time to everything on the island. Everything we need was located in the house and the views were amazing. Can't wait to return.

4th of July

This property is beautiful, spacious, and plenty big for a large group. Home is 3 stories with the kitchen & living area on the 3rd floor. There are plenty of steps so you will get a workout in. Only thought is if you are a light or late sleeper don't stay in the master bedroom. It is under the kitchen/living area and you will hear everything. Overall this is a great property.

Great rental for family getaway.

Gloomy getaway was bright!

Prepare yourselves for a workout in this beautiful three story condo! It was well worth the amount of times going up and down stairs because it's very spacious and had lots of room to relax. Also, having four bathrooms was very convenient. My friends and I really enjoyed the third floor living room/kitchen and outside deck area the most. Even though the weather was a little gloomy, the house really was a great place to hang out with a group of 12. And be sure to check out the rooftop deck for a beautiful sunrise and sunset view!

Amazing place!

House was beautiful. It was kinda hot in there. Would not want to stay in the summer months when the outside temp gets too high. I thought I remembered seeing that it said 1 minute walk to the beach, which is why we chose this house but that was not true. There was no beach access. We still were not far but it should be more clear in the description. We had an amazing family weekend.

Had a great time!

We had a great time in this property. The house was very spacious and was located in a safe gated area. We were very close to the beach as well. The house does not have a good grill. We planned on grilling outside but were not thrilled with the little grill that we had to roll out from the garage. Other that that, it is a great property.

Beautiful relaxing place for a get away with friends

The property manager made check in so easy and was very responsive when communicating. We had everything needed and the place was close access to good food and shopping. The place is beautifully decorated. It seems no expense was spared to make it feel comfy like home. Beds were comfy. The rooms are all very spacious and the living area with kitchen on the third floor separate from the rooms was nice. The snowy cold cold weather was unexpected so we had to cut the trip short to get home safely. But we will return when its warm to enjoy the roof top and decks. We could only stay on the roof long enough to get a picture😁. brrrrr!

Family beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this three-story property. There was plenty of room for everybody to spread out an even a rooftop to gaze at the stars at night. Sadly on the day that we were leaving right before we checked out a family member use the restroom and when they leaned back on the toilet it broke causing water to flood the upstairs. It was an unfortunate accident but luckily nobody was hurt and no damage was done to the property.

Great place!

Loved our stay. Everything was clean and beautiful, neighbors were nice and the area is nice as well. The only thing I would say is that there isn’t a direct way to the beach from the house (which they didn’t say there was so totally okay), but the beach is still so close so it wasn’t an issue. We had 12 people of friends and family and the house fit us perfectly. Overall an awesome stay, highly recommend!

Beautiful house

The house was amazing! Tons of space, very nicely decorated, and easy communication with host! Only thing, we found a lot of cockroaches throughout our stay and the board walk is not accessible requiring you to drive on to the beach. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home with Lots if Extras!

We had a wonderful time!! The house is exactly as described. Great for multiple families as there are plenty of restrooms. The beds are comfy and the living area was a great space for Family Time....the fan in the living room is amazing!! Each floor had its own outdoor space. The cookware is really fabulous too...I wasn’t expecting William Sonoma but it made food prep so easy. Plenty of towels & paper products....close to the beach & stores so the location is superb. We didn’t use the outdoor grill or fire pit but the washer & dryer were used daily...very good condition. Our stay could not have been any better. The property management company was great by text & the app, no issues at all. We appreciate the details in this home and would highly recommend.

Port A Getaway

Place was great and close to the beach. We would rent a golf cart next time as it doesn’t have direct beach access. Also would like to see the house stocked with paper goods as it stated in the emails prior to arrival. Other than that we would for sure rent again.

Fun Family Vacay

My family visited Port Aransas for an after Christmas/New Year's getaway. This was a great house for all of us to enjoy. The house is as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you should choose to cook, and an added bonus was having a Keurig on each floor. There were plenty of towels and paper products in each of the 4 1/2 bathrooms. Having to drive to the beach was a little inconvenient, but it's just a few short minutes to enjoy the Gulf. We were even able to watch fireworks on New Year's Eve from the fourth-floor deck. The house was very clean when we arrived; however, there is a cockroach problem--we encountered several during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience at this fabulous beach house.

Good Property and Location

Nice house, good location near by the beach, house is very well decorated. House was clean overall, however we did find one Cockroach in one of the rooms. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay in the property.
