  • Our Pool is shared between this house (Pool House) and our front house (Main Pool House)


    “Pool House" welcome you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine on our beautiful sandy beaches with little town charm. Located right in the heart of Port Aransas in Old Town within walking distance to restaurants, live music, nightlife, and shopping. Professional tropical decor throughout with brand new
    linens, appliances, and furniture. "The Pool House" is a
    2 bedroom/2 bath with room to sleep four guests. There are HD Smart TV's in every room with cable included. Free WiFi. The newly renovated kitchen has granite
    counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. Our home also has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and dining
    room table with seating for four. Sit out on your front porch and feel the breeze while drinking your morning coffee or take a dip in our swimming pool to cool off from a long hot day of fishing or shopping.
    Also available for rent with larger groups is our "The cottage" is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with room to sleep 4. The first room has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has one king size bed. Home is completely
    updated with fine art and granite counter tops with all the kitchen supply's need as the same as Pool House. The Cottage house has a wonderful front porch that has a great view of old town and is perfect to escape the
    heat with its cool breezes. (VRBO #739710)
    "The Pool House" and "Main Pool house" both share the swimming pool. Barbeque grills are located at each home for your convenience. Local Sales Tax of 7% is included in room rate and State sales tax of 6% VRBO remote to the state.

Weekend Trip

I absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. Having the pool was a nice perk as well. The owner was quick to respond when I was having trouble locating the property, which was great. The location of the house was perfect. We will most definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Our stay was great. Place was clean and tidy. Property manager was very responsive if we needed anything. Only complaints are the pull out sofa bed is just awful, AC is very loud but works very well and the pool was smaller than we expected but it was a great addition to our stay!

The overall experience was great. We had one issue, but there was an attempt to fix it. Communication was responsive and the property has a nice pool for an extra place to relax.

This little pool house is perfect for 4 people. The house smelled amazing! That AC don't play...it blows really hard. The location is perfectly between all the restaurants and the beach. Parking is perfect for 2 cars or a car and a golf cart. There is a charcoaler for cooking, the kitchen utensils are well stocked, just bring your own coffee grounds or pods. There is washing machine, dryer, and laundry supplies. The bed was so comfy, but my husband said the pillows were too hard, I always bring my own. The furniture is comfy and there is wifi and a smart TV in all rooms. The ice maker helped out so much! Showers were hot and amazing after a long day at the beach, and there is a bath tub if you need a soak. We didn't even use the pool....but it was pretty to look at. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

The house was very nice and clean, location was good. Just did not feel like we could enjoy the private pool. No one was out there, it was just the location of the pool, felt like we were being watched from the other house.
