It was walking distance to the pizza spot, ice cream, and activities on the lawn. The front porch is enclosed which was great to keep our toddler corralled. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very spacious, and the condo was very bright and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bath towels were provided, but bring your own beach towels. Being a first floor unit, it was very easy taking our pup to the dog park which was nearby. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many of the doors/door handles need some attention - either the door didn't close/latch (interior, to the bathroom) or we had to pull on the handle in order to lock it (exterior). The blind pulls were a little wonky, missing some pieces, but they worked. The unit just seemed to be showing its age a little bit. Otherwise, it was fine - hot water worked well; fridge, W/D, dishwasher worked well... so some picky complaints. We liked the first floor with easy access to the let our dog out and load the golf cart each morning. Reviewer Comments: Suntide is adorable! We loved the proximity to the social circle, the restaurants and the market. Our dog loved staying there and it was super convenient being on the first floor. It’s close to the Dune pool and located in town center, so walking distance to restaurants and shops.
