MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first floor, the open living room is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach with breezy blues and white wood woodwork. The family chef will love the large, well-stocked kitchen, a showplace with stainless steel appliances and spacious island. While preparing a meal, you’ll have a wonderful view of the lake just outside your back door. Enjoy a dining area with a table that seats 6 to 8 people. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
