MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather in the cozy but light-filled first-floor family room. It flows through an archway into the dining room and beautifully renovated kitchen that has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. Bed: 1 King, 1 Queen, 8 Twins STRR#374890 \*\*\*NO PETS ALLOWED\*\*\* IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Sunny Days is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sunny Days the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The house was perfect for accommodating 4 generations & our 9 year old Australian Shepard. It had beautiful views and a very welcoming community.
