We were fishing most of the time so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, however it was so nice to have a washer and dryer to wash our clothes, and we had room for the boat. Overall the house was clean and well kept. There were some spiderwebs and the floor was still sandy but we were there for the beach so it wasnt a big deal. We just kept socks on our feet so the didnt get dirty . Check-in was super easy and communication was great. Could not have gone more smoothly. The back patio has been updated with cute lights and decor since pictures were taken, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was a mix of cute houses like this one and some not so cute houses lol. I was honestly a little nervous about how it was going to look because of some of the other houses but when we pulled up I was relieved. Super convenient drive to everything from stores, restaurants, piers and beaches. The wifi was hit and miss but there was a truck out there working so must have been a known issue at the time.
