Enjoy your stay in this family-friendly bayside cottage! Situated in the quiet, tranquil neighborhood of Little Bay makes this retreat the perfect space to unwind and relax after a fun day at the beach or exploring downtown Rockport. You will be centrally located and within a short distance to Rockport Beach, downtown shops, restaurants, fishing piers, and a grocery store. No matter how you spend your day or evening, another perfect vacation day is on the schedule for tomorrow.

The Little Bay Cottage is a perfect place for the whole family to stay and has everything to make you feel at home. After a full day of fun in the sun, you can unwind and relax in the living area furnished with a plush sofa and loveseat. The couch is so comfy, you may never want to get up! The flatscreen Smart TV is equipped with all of your favorite streaming apps (you will need to provide your own login for the streaming apps). There is a separate living area with a comfy couch that is a great place for kids to hang out and play games. Start the day by preparing breakfast in the charming retro kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. There is a breakfast nook that seats four comfortably and a dining table that seats six.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Relax, unwind, and rejuvenate in the spa-like primary bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed, ample closet space, and everything you need to feel at home. The bunk room is a great space for both kids and adults with a full-size bed and twin-size top bunk. There is a charming guest bath with a shower/tub combo and two vanities.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
