Welcome to Turquoise Tides! The best of Island living. Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh ocean air or walking the beach at sunset. This new listing is in the perfect location in the heart of Old Town and also in the golf cart zone. 🌞 GREAT Location in the heart of Old Town: Walk to all of the best restaurants and bars 🌞 8 min walk to Venetian Hot Plate, 10 min walk to Blue Water Cowboy & La Playa 🌞 Pool with kid friendly shallow area(pool shared with only 7 other homes). 🌞Golf cart zone 🌞Three King beds with an additional bunk room 🌞Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker: We provide pods, coffee, filters, creamers & sweetener 🌞Dining table seats 10-12 🌞Fully stocked kitchen 🌞BBQ Grill (please BYO charcoal) 🌞Outdoor palapa next to pool 🌞LARGE Corner lot with yard 🌞Fast WIFI 🌞TVs with Roku in living room, master bedroom and bunk room You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad. Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does). We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar. Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for two cars and a golf cart in the driveway. Because we are on a corner lot, there is also street parking. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console. Trash: Trash comes every Monday and Thursday. If you are at the house on Sunday or Wednesday evening, please take the can to the curb. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. You can park one vehicle in the driveway, and if you pull all the way up you can maybe squeeze a small car in. The side street parking is an absolute necessity for a place that sleeps 12\. This house was the perfect size for our group. The bunk room easily fit all 7 girls, the double bunk beds are huge! The girls enjoyed having a space of their own. The 5 adults easily fit in the remaining 3 bedrooms. Having 3 full bathrooms and one half bath was great too for showering 12 people. The large kitchen table was great for our large group and the kitchen was ample to cook all our meals there. The location was great, close to the beach and to the main grocery store. Although we drove to the beach each day, with all your stuff it would be a long walk. The pool was a plus too for after the beach. The host Jessica was super friendly and very responsive to messages and request. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this house especially for large groups! ##### Janice H. Close to the beach and walking distance to Brons for games and live music for the whole family. The check in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. Very responsive and accommodating. The pool was small but nice.. Kids enjoyed it after the beach. The large bunk bed room was very unique. HUGE double bunk beds. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms were fine but no TV's in the rooms. Seems minor at the beach but family was expecting it. We used the bedroom downstairs as the master. My only complaint was the lack of any storage whatsoever.
