It was very clean although the bottom floor had a bit of a mold smell. Had a little trouble contacting owners at first. Location of key box needs to be a little more accurate - “on pole to right of front door”. I found myself searching and searching. Also - no cooking spoons in kitchen. Luckily we were renting home across the street so we borrowed from there. In my opinion check in at 5pm is a bit late. Seems like VRBO and air b&b are getting later and later. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out, or spend quality time together. The baby gate in the downstairs closet was helpful at corralling our almost two-year-old twin grandbabies. The downstairs game room was a great spot to hang out. The best part was the third story views in the mornings and evenings. The house was wonderful! So much space for all of us young and old. The weather was not very cooperative during this time but we still had an amazing time together. The gameroom was great for a great space for all of us to gather and play games. The covered porches provided a place for us to enjoy the outdoors, despite the rain. The hosts were very kind and communicated nicely. I highly recommend this property. ##### Angela G.
