KITCHEN and DINING The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island for three. Eat together in the elegant dining area that seats six. BED and BATH Walk right out to the patio from the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, 39' smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers another king bed. Kids will love the two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the third bedroom! An additional full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA and AMENITIES The covered outdoor patio is the ideal spot to unwind. Enjoy the breeze at the table for four. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. Additional parking is available throughout the complex on a first-come, first-serve basis. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests.
