STR#200015474 Welcome to your beach getaway at Sea Isle Village. A terrific place to unwind after a day at the beach or your home away from home. We love that the condo is a short walk to the beach, it makes bathroom and lunch breaks easy for a day on the beach. Worn out after spending the day at the beach, the condo is right by the playground and recreation area making activities convenient for your family. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking and eating essentials. We definitely have your morning coffee covered - whether you're a drip coffee or Keurig user, just pack your favorite flavor of coffee. The blender is dandy for evening margaritas or smoothies! Cleaning up is easy with the dishwasher and cleaning supplies under the sink. Enjoying your meals at the dining or picnic table is a fabulous place to spend time with family over a bite to eat. With no balcony it makes the living room even larger. It’s a grand place for your family time, board games, cards, and puzzles are provided. Kicking back with a movie on your favorite subscription services feels like home with the large smart TV. Relaxing in bed is first-rate with smart TV's in both bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has one queen bed that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom on the left has two queen beds that overlook the playground and rec area with a great view of the sunset. Need to charge your phone, plug in a CPAP machine? No problem, both bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB and outlets built in with plenty of shelving to put everything. We even have a few books for late night or beach reading. In the hall is the first bathroom with a shower/tub. The en suite bathroom is in the second bedroom with a step-in shower. Both bathrooms will have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a black microfiber cloth for makeup removal. There is only one hairdryer in the unit. At home or the beach, laundry never goes away. We have an onsite laundry room located at the end of building A. Only $3.00 a load, and we do have quarters in the office. Day or night the laundry room is always open. Please shake out the sand or lose change stuck in those pockets! The beach towels provided are also great to use at the large pool down the stairs and to the right of the building. Rinse off at the surfboard shower and relax by the pool in loungers or seating areas. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi at the pool. You can bring music, just keep it family friendly. We love that the pool is large and has a true deep end. Don't forget to do a cannonball! There is a lot to do on the property, including volleyball, basketball, pickleball, large playground, and corn hole. The storage space to the right of the office has all the sports equipment needed to be borrowed and returned. Not enough beach toys and boogie boards in your condo? If you need more you can borrow some from the office; just don't forget to return them. We also have several park style BBQ grills and picnic tables across the property, so don't forget your charcoal! Our beach walk is between buildings D & E. It has an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse off those beach toys and sandy shoes. The beach walk is about a football field length to the beach at marker #3\. It’s sidewalk most of the way and turns into a blue mat over the dunes making it easy to pull a wagon or cooler. The walk is pedestrian traffic only, no golf carts. It's even lighted at night. There is plenty of parking on the property. You have 1 assigned space and there is overflow parking for additional vehicles. Yes, we are in the golf cart district, and you can park the carts in the golf cart spots or in your assigned space. We even have parking for your trailer or boat in the overflow parking. The boat parking section has electricity for charging batteries and water to rinse off your boat. We take care of our fishermen and women with our fish cleaning station by the overflow parking. The fish station has water, lights, and electricity so late-night cleaning, and electric knives are perfect. Often on our Texas beaches tar comes ashore. This can be very messy and hard to clean. Please feel free to use the rags under the sink and rubbing alcohol to make cleaning up easier. When you are ready to venture off the property anywhere in Port A is a easy walk, golf cart ride or drive from your condo. 1/2 mile from the condo is the fishing pier, golf cart beach access, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, boutiques, souvenir shops, surf shops, and several bars. Need more ideas for family friendly places? In your condo you will find a folder full of brochures and menus for all around the island. We want all our guests to feel at home so if you need anything during your stay, let us know and we will take care of it! We are easy to access either through the booking site or by stopping in the office at Sea Isle Village. We love the condo’s here. Love how close it is to the beach, has a great pool and is in close proximity to restaurants and shops. There are beach toys and boogie boards available in the condo and office. Tammy is great and is more than happy to help with anything you need. Internet, Verizon, and T-Mobile on the island were spotty including our WiFi, but she was able to get us fixed up right away. Everything seemed fine and clean. I tried to get set up to finish a half day of work after a long travel time. At about 5 PM, my littlest sister went to take a nap and found there were hairs in her bed. We pulled down the sheets on the other beds to find that there were also crumbs, dirt, and hair in the other beds as well. I called the host to let her know and dealt with Tammy. I just wanted sheets. She accused us of lying, said people made up things for discounts all the time, and we could leave and forfeit our $1300 or stay and get new sheets. We decided to take the sheets and just change them ourselves, but I was already feeling off about it. Then my sister pulled up the host on socials and showed me that she posts disparaging things about her tenants, including "jokes" about shooting people who complain. I called VRBO support, who were less than helpful but did ultimately get us out of the space by 6:30 PM. Host promised a 50% refund but gave 35%. I don't care about the money - we ended up at a hotel that was much nicer and that saved the trip - but by god, this host is unhinged. The property is lovely. Pray you don't need to contact the owner. ##### Lois B. The property was exactly as advertised - no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost all the cooking equipment you’d need. Only suggestion, not if I miss it, but if staying for extended period, if we can have directions or suggestions for local laundry locations. But we couldn't possibly spend 100% of the time at the beach. The little bit we were in the condo, the internet was very intermittent, therefore streaming TV wasn't an option. Kind of annoying with kids but it was ok. The beds are not comfy. But again, we were on a budget and loved it proximity to the beach. So we had to take the good with the bad. Tammy's condo was located perfectly with a private walkway straight to the beach. I have young kiddos and it was very doable to walk and only took us around 5-7 minutes. The condo was right across the basketball court and the playground, which my kids enjoyed. The pool was close by too, although we didn't get to use it. There was a fish cleaning station at the property which my husband was thrilled about. Tammy was really helpful and easy to reach. We had problems with our car during our stay and she was so helpful and even contacted someone else to help us jump our car when she was off. Thank you soooo much Tammy for your hospitality! We are so grateful that you were such a gracious host! Port Aransas was beautiful and when we come back, we'd definitely book with you again. ##### Ivana B. Close to the beach and private access. Nice community swimming pool. Host very responsive to our needs. Check-in process very easy. Cleanness: we have very high standard and we don't think the facility had the best prepared cleanness it can have We can see dust in various places that haven't been cleaned for long time. Comfortness to live in: once we live in it we noticed things "missing" from allowing us to feel super comfort in the "preparedness" of the facility. They may be small things but made us feel that we missed things to feel that this is a "Five Star" facility. You've got to live in it for a few days to notice what's not there. (e.g. cloth hangers, trash bags, tissue papers, coffee bags). ##### Yashyun S. Could use a little deep cleaning of vents and areas around them. Kitchen drawers could be cleaned but over all great stay.
