All-new furnishings in the living area include a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa. Kick back on Adirondack chairs under the covered porch. The adjacent pavilion offers a shaded retreat and a shared charcoal grill area is ideal for cookouts. Grilling is not allowed on the patios. PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. There was a bar with some rowdy patrons that kept some of us up on Saturday but that is just a product of the central location. The only negative thing about the condo was there was no pot holders, so when we cooked dinner we had to use our hand towels and there was no notification for caution about the coyotes on the island. Our mini schnauzer was attacked on Tuesday night right outside of our condo while we were walking her on the leash.
