This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. One full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor. Interior connected by spiral staircase. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. Sorry, no pets allowed as of 6/13/24\. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Now the bad, first this is not a 3 bedroom. It’s a 2 bedroom with a loft that was a Murphy bed that is hard as a rock. All the beds were very uncomfortable. All the bedrooms are upstairs so if you want to go to bed you either have to walk 3 flights if steps outside or a super narrow, dangerous spiral staircase. There were 6 of us and we all tripped either going up the inside staircase of coming down. The neighbors were very loud and sounded like college kids having a party. ##### Amber S. This time we selected a 2 bed condo. BayTree condo have close access to all Port A amenities. B15-16 has everything you need and is very comfortable. Our kids negotiated the spiral stair case well, so wasn’t a concern. Having a washer/dryer was great. We all loved taking a dip in the pool during lunch. We were fishing early mornings and late evenings so the wet slip was super convenient. Bring good fenders and dock lines because some swell does still make its way behind the breakwater. The boat slip was just steps away and made staying for a fishing tournament so convenient. We loved having coffee on the front balcony on our last day and watching the ships go by. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 4\. The amenities at the complex are limited compared to the newer resort style complexes, but the beach is a short drive away. Restaurants and shopping are all nearby as well. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Deborah again as the property was exactly as described, if not better. ##### John G.
