Comfortable beds, 1 king and 1 queen. Nice updated furniture and appliances. Full equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking tools. There is a very narrow spiral staircase from first floor to second floor that can be a little tricky walking up. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but they are still in good shape. It's just a few minutes drive to the beach and town. We really enjoyed our stay here. ##### LAURA A. While very neat and clean, the property is much older than the photos portray. The downstairs bathroom could use a new toilet seat. The pool could use a resurface. At first glance, it appears dirty, however they are permanent markings once you get up close. We just needed a place close to the beach that had beds and showers, so it worked.
