Introducing La Mansion SPV6\. This unit has been recently renovated, totally, inside to create a comfortable space with beautiful coastal colors and furnishings. Featuring a brand new King size bed and new Queen size sofa sleeper in June 2023\. The kitchen is equipped with a free standing electric stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, an abundance of dishes, cookware, and bar ware. The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit. This home can sleep 4 comfortably. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed.
