"The hotel staff was really nice. For example, I had an issue with the laundry and they refunded me with no questions asked. I liked that there was a pizza restaurant in the hotel. The elevators were nice and spacious, the hallways were clean, and there was bar on the very top that was cool. Breakfast was good also and had really friendly staff like Vanessa. This hotel has really great views like at the bar on the top floor and the breakfast area. Negative points: Not having access to the balcony was a major letdown and we did not expect this during our stay. It was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Additionally, our A/C unit only went to low and High and the middle option did not work and it was really loud."

"Hôtel rénové très bien placé en bord de plage. Chambre propre, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner complet inclus au tarif. Le parking est à 10$ la nuit (déduit lors du remboursement assez rapide du deposit card qui est de 75$). L'accueil à 16h a été très bon, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Dans la soirée nos voisins de chambre ont laisser leur chien seul qui a pleuré et aboyé pendant plusieurs heures. Nous avons été à la réception pour prévenir du désagrément, mais la personne à l'accueil a refusé d'appeler les clients pour qu'il viennent s'occuper de leur chien. Un changement de chambre nous a été proposé mais nous étions déjà installé et couché, nous aurions préfèré que l'hôtel appelle les clients pour les mettre face à leur responsabilités surtout qu'il semble que leur chien n'étaient même pas enregistré après de l'établissement... "

"Parfait pour un arrêt sur la route , propre et localisation pratique mais le matelas n’était pas le plus confortable, il semblait être à remplacer."

"Our room was a total mess: the carpet was dirty, rust on lamp, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, no cleaning services during our four nights stay, the « breakfast included » should be identify as « coffee, muffins and oatmeal packs… only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, toilet seat broken, shower curtain with mold stain, dirty windows, etc, etc…"
