Head east out of the driveway to the end of Crown Point Circle where you'll have access to a public walkway to the beach. No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly. Dogs allowed for an additional fee. The fireplace is available during the off-season only. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. “The entrance, backyard, and driveway to this home are monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.” All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. The morning of our check-in I received a call that the a/c was out on the top floor, which is where the living area and kitchen are. The woman I spoke with told me they had known since Tuesday but for some reason waited until Saturday, when we were already on our way to tell us. They did provide window units but they were very loud and didn't keep up in the middle of the day nor when we were cooking. I was surprised that they didn't check in mid-week to see how we were. The top small bedroom was unbearably hot and there were no screens on any of the windows, so we couldn't open the windows in the evenings. The sliding door to the main porch was inoperable but my brother is luckily a mechanic and was able to fix it. I told them my sister was 30 weeks pregnant and my 80 year old dad was with us, I thought they would care more about their comfort in the heat, but alas. ##### Katelyn S. It was clean, close to many shops/restaurants, and a short walk to the beach! We did run into a few issues as far as two toilets were messed up upon arriving and had to get those fixed, then the AC upstairs on the third level was not working properly which resulted in them having to install 2 window AC units. While no one wants to have to experience anything wrong or needing maintenance done while on their vacation, I will say they were very quick to respond and quick to get someone out there to resolve said issues. Overall I would return to stay here again in the future as we love Corolla!! ##### Rebecca L. So much space, many outdoor decks, a great hot tub. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted so we were able to make all our planned menus very easily.
