The foosball table is rusted and falling apart. The basketball goal is bent. The shower curtains and windows have black mold. There were also 3 rat bait stations surrounding the home, and made it difficult to ensure no one came into contact. I’m not sure why they would have 3 bait stations around a home that size? The downstairs room was not a habitable room. I have pictures if you need a reference of the status.
