« Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them...

« The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
