As IAT hikers, the most important things for us are comfortable beds at the end of a long day of hiking. This place definitely fit the need. The small kitchenette worked fine for our easy meals, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet (unlike the place we stayed on Hwy 64!). The furnace is loud, but we were so tired it didn't bother us. Communication with the owners was great, and they answered questions right away.
