Please use discretion when using boat ramp. \- No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house or on the property (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc.) \- Please make sure all guests that will be staying at the property are accounted for on the reservation as no outside visitors are allowed without prior approval. \- Smart TVs are provided, please bring your own log-in information \- Our house is on a scheduled quarterly spray for bugs and insects, but being in S. Georgia on a lake, you may encounter insects, bugs, mice and other wildlife.
