Timber Creek 209 is a 1 Bedroom + Loft condominium located slope side that is equipped with 2 Bathrooms and Sleeps 6 people. The Master Bedroom contains a queen size bed and cable TV. In the attached Loft, there are 2 Twin Beds making it a good fit for a small family or group requiring separate bedding. Downstairs of this “Ski-in/Walk-out”, 2nd Floor Walk Up condominium is the Living and Dining Area where the Queen Sofa Sleeper is located. A 2nd Bathroom and a Full Size Kitchen are also on this level. This unit has free WiFi, a Gas Fireplace, Flat screen TV and DVD player and covered parking. The building has Community Laundry Facilities. Ski Vacation

They lied about the condo accommodations. They stated a working fireplace to cozy up to. Even had it working in the marketing photo. Instead it was plastic wrapped with a bulletin board stating is was not in service to save money from the draft you inherently have with firelaces. Please tell the truth in the advertisement.

Great Location but needs updating.

Great Location, good size place, great to have covered parking, love being able to ski in at the end of the day. Best ski lockers of any building in copper- (yes they are outside, but they are huge! - you can actually fit a few pairs of skis and snow boards in them! Condo is very dated with clearly only the bare minimum of modernization. Sure, it's a ski condo, but I expect more for the rates being charged. We have stayed in a number of condos in Copper over the years, some in this same building. This one had the least modern amenities vs the cost of any of them. Beds are crazy uncomfortable, Fireplace did not work (contacted Property management but got no response) Lower bathroom sink/ counter light sometimes works. Lower bathroom shower door is missing lower guide so door swings into shower and jumps off track. Building snow removal on outdoor corridors was sometimes very lacking. (all condos are exterior accessed in this building). Great cubbies to store all your ski stuff in, just inside front door, but more boot trays are needed to keep floors clean and dry.

Great location

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. One bedroom with a queen bed connecting to an open room with two single beds that shared a bathroom. Living room with large sofa bed and bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking was great.

Walk out the door and skiing on minutes. ski back to your room when done. Our 13 year old daughter and best friend loved the loft. We had a great ski vacation and will return

Unit 209 has pros and cons

First off, the property management company was professional and very courteous. There were things that we liked about the unit: The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. The gas fireplace works great. The layout worked out well for our family of four. The smart TV with cable package was nice to have. Here are some things we did not enjoy: The couch pull out bed needs to be replaced. The ceiling fan and several picture frames need to be cleaned, they are loaded with dust. The loft railing is loose, which made us a little nervous with our boys sleeping there. The unit was hard to keep at a steady temp and got too cold overnight, even with thermostat set over 70 degrees. Had to get up multiple times overnight to start the gas fireplace. One of the evenings we stayed there the downstairs bathroom had a strong smell of marijuana. This was unfortunate. Great ski-in / walk-out location at the base and the unit has a cozy feel, we just wish it were cleaner and better maintained for the money we paid.

Christmas Week Ski Trip

Property manager was communicative. Location is great. Condo was clean, in condition as advertised, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking/serving dinner. Covered parking was really nice to have given it snowed a bunch during our stay, and the ski storage was helpful to have. Jacuzzi worked great too. We were a group of 3 (all separate beds) and had enough space. Only knock is that the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Not as expected

We were super excited to stay at this location. The pictures seemed like the place was in great shape and the location was perfect. Check-in was super fast and easy and we found everything super easily. After walking into the place you quickly realize that everything is a bit outdated run down. The transition on the floor from the living room into the kitchen was not tightly put into place. My foot got caught on it a few times, and it ended up slicing my foot open. It also happened to my friends. The smoke alarm in the bedroom on the 2nd floor started beeping because the battery needed to be replaced, but the alarm was too high to be reached without a latter. Called the office and they sent over a maintenance man who fixed the wrong smoke detector. So, the second he left it started beeping again. Issue is, the office is closed and we had to call the after hours line a few times to get our message through. A few other issues: Toilet seats - loose Shower head on 2nd floor - no pressure and spills down the sides Beds - absolutely terrible Patio door - no lock Fire place - did not work If you are looking to get any rest in between days of skiing, this is not the place for you. The beds must be over 15 years old. None of us were able to get any rest and were absolutely exhausted because the beds were just terrible. The pillows in the whole place are also extremely terrible. After all of these issues and 3 nights of no sleep. We tried to explain to the office that we wanted to checkout a day early due to the issues, but we weren’t able to. The unit was so bad that we decided to just leave a day early anyways and go to a hotel where we could actually get some rest. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Very comfortable condo in a great location

My family enjoyed our stay in this condo - the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen made it very comfortable for our family of 6. The only thing that could use changing is the broken twin bed in the loft. Other than that, all was very nice!

Great place to stay!

A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to Copper Mountain. The condo was excellent! Everything was clean, the unit was roomy, and there were many great amenities such as ski lockers and a hot tub. The management was also very helpful and responsive to any requests and questions that we had. They were even able to prepare the room a few hours earlier than expected so we could check in early. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again on any future trips to Copper Mountain!

We love staying in unit 209 Timber Creek Copper Mountain

This unit has everything you need.Fully supplied Kitchen! Just like being at Home. Great location! Beautiful views of the Mountains off the outside balcony. We enjoy watching the firework show on Saturday nights. Its just a short walk to the Village and all that Copper Mountain has to offer.... So convenient for the Summer music festivals! Step out the back and you are on the Colorado Trail. Out the front door you are on the bike path and on your way to Vail pass. Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the trail. If anything is amiss with the unit the management company is right there to fix things up! Great customer Service!
