Completely renovated 11/2024! Ten Mile Haus #B3 is a quaint, Value rated, Ski-in/Walk-out residence with fantastic forest views! Located on the Condo Access Ski Run, this Mountain-facing, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condominium offers Accommodation for 4 people. The Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed and includes a walk in closet. A Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, a Gas Fireplace and a Dining Area fill out the open floor plan in this 610 sq. ft. condominium. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night. A Full Size Kitchen and a Full Size Bath complete this comfortable unit. Indoor Parking, and Free WiFi are amenities available with the building. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B3 is perfect for the cost conscious small family, or anyone looking for a cozy unit right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72671 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Place was amazing, close to the slopes and village, covered parking was nice. Condo was well stocked with extra blankets/pillows as well as a full kitchen including coffee grinder!

Amazing Peaceful Location, Minutes from the Action!

We loved our stay at Ten Mile Haus-B3! It was quiet and peaceful with very little noise from neighbors or the bustle of the Copper Mountain Central area just a few minutes away on foot. The bed, kitchen, cozy fire and amenities were perfect for the non-skier. The dog space just out the back door made it easy. We highly recommend it and will look to stay here again!

This is the perfect place for an amazing ski trip. I was able to ride up to about 5 feet away from the front door, and it’s a short walk to the American eagle lift. Great place has everything you need

Had an amazing time at ten mile haus B3

The moment I walked in, I could tell it was thoroughly cleaned - it smelled clean. Great little one bedroom unit. Looks like a lot of renovations recently done. Nice patio to relax and enjoy the forest view. Very quiet, yet short walk to village. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. It was low cost Vrbo so naturally some things are a bit older and could use more updates however we had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Bed is soft.

We booked this condo because it was close to Leadville for my daughter’s 100 mile running race and also because it was pet friendly. The walk out to the backyard, forest was a great asset for our two mini poodles. The kitchen was well equipped as we had to cook everyday. Beds were comfy and the bathroom clean, well stocked, shower hot with great pressure. Highly recommended

Not a quality place

Beds, furniture, utensils, appliances, cooking supplies were are terrible. The place was significantly rundown and worse than any low budget motel. Just disappointing since Copper Mountain has always been a fun place to stay on our summer trip.

Ski in and close to center village

Convenient location with a garage near the unit. Dog friendly!! We enjoyed our stay and the property management company is responsive. The fireplace pilot lite never stays lit so that would be my only compliant. After the property mgt came twice and even left us matches so we could try to relight it every five minutes, we gave up. Overall would book again.

The only good thing I can say about this property is it’s location. Other than that, very disappointing for the money. Carpet needs replacing. Fireplace did not work. Recepticals need replacing as charging plugs simply fell out. Ice maker in fridge did not work. Bedroom was large enough to accommodate a king bed but only had a double bed. I would not recommend not would I stay here again. I would suggest the owners take advantage of the off season and spend some money to upgrade and modernize the unit. I’d be embarrassed to rent it out if I owned it.

Nice condo in good location

We were very happy with this condo. It was my husband, myself, and our 13 year old son. We were in town for the USASA Nationals comp and thought the location was excellent for getting to the lifts and the amenities in Center Village. We stayed in B3, so there are stairs from the parking garage but the condo itself is at ground level and just around the corner from the stairwell. Easy access if you're lugging a lot of ski gear. There's a cat track behind the condo and if you go left, you can easily get on the Pitchfork lift, which then connects to Super Bee, or if you go right, ski into the village with easy access to American Eagle. There's also a convenient walking path into the village if you're not skiing. The condo itself worked well for our family. The pullout sofa was comfortable enough for our son but I don't think adults would be comfortable. The last night, my son just slept on the couch without pulling out the bed and he thought that was more comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working during our stay but we knew that before we booked. We would stay here again if we go back.

Bad Directions

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The directions were not adequate if you have never been to the building and it's after sun set. When you drive up to the building it clearly shows building A, however we were in building B and did not see another building or a way to get to it. Turns out there is no other building, just different levels and different sides. With a little help from security, we did find B3. Also, the key card for the overflow parking did not work and there were no instructions on where the regular parking was supposed to be. When you drive up at night it is not visible or evident. There are garage doors, but they are not labeled, so confusing. The afterhours phone line was no help. They said to call security and provided the number. Security said they did not work for Copper Vacations, and I would need to call them. So in other words, if you arrive after hours, you are without help or support. After begging the security guard for help, he sent someone to help. What a frustrating experience. The room was fairly clean except for the pet hair. I was wearing black gym pants and noticed pet hair all over them on the second day (I do not have pets, so it was not from me or my home). The microwave was missing a leg and would not work properly unless you used something to level it. There was a small soap and shampoo, but some skin lotion would have been nice as the air is very dry and I had to go buy some. Maybe I'm too used to being in a hotel, which typically has a small lotion in addition to the soap and shampoo. The location was good, short walk to the slopes. It was cheaper than some of the other rooms nearby, but you get what you pay for. I think my overall outlook would have been much better if they just had better instructions as we arrived late after hours of driving.

Came with basically everything. Only thing I could say was bring your own water bottles because no where that close has them. The walk to busses and lifts isn’t terrible. I would say this place is absolutely perfect for people who can ski blue runs and up. Short walks to lifts and can basically ski right back in. Green runs are a 5 minute walk to a bus, then a shorter walk to a lift!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area. Easy key pick up. The building itself has a lot of construction and the stairs you should be able to use were blocked. I ended up walking all the way around the building to find the unit. The map should be more specific about where the assigned unit is located. There is no accessible walk way. Once I did arrive it was ok. It has a smell of dampness. Very thin walls I can hear the neighbors talking. The toiletries are the absolute bare minimum 1 ply toilet paper, dry no sud soap no, etc. It functioned for what I needed it for but not really a stand out and I'd pay a little more to find something a little more updated. The one thing I did like is that there was a yard right outside the door and with other rentals I'd have to walk pretty far to relieve my dogs.

Specifically looked for a unit that was pet friendly and close to Center Village. This was perfect for that! The unit faces the forest and trails so it was easy to go for walks and get our dog some exercise. Easy walking distance to Center Village but far enough away that we didn’t hear the noise. The unit is quite dated but everything was functional. We had four of us (two adults, two children) and used the bedroom and pullout couch. Both mattresses are uncomfortable, the pullout particularly so. Even so, it fit what we needed and we would stay again for the location. Garage parking is included but we parked on the surface lot because we had a Thule box on top and a long bike rack in the back. A full size truck fits in the garage but not if you have anything on top (other than a low ski rack, perhaps). Hot tub appeared to be on site but was under construction so not available for use.

Reviewer Comments: We are not used to such a hard bed, so when we woke up the first morning with headaches, stiff necks, and sore backs, we were in no shape to ski all day. We ended up driving home to Boulder and skipping out on our ski weekend, forfeiting our other two nights that we paid for. It was pretty disappointing.
