Very central location. Clean hotel. Generally good quality. Negatives were around the room really. Slightly cramped layout, beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower took too long to drain so leaked water into the bathroom.

The single room was very small for the price with two small windows. Overall hotel was nice and breakfast was very good. However the noise from the open air venue opposite was extremely loud from Thursday to Saturday...and my room was on the opposite side.

There is a club across the street that was pumping music all day. That got annoying but hotel assured me that they would go indoors at 9:00 pm and shut the music completely by 11:00. They were right but between 9 and 11 you could still hear the pumping. The hotel and lobby staff were lovely.! Elevator is small and when busy takes a while.

Hair, dirty spots, and blood on the bedsheet. Changed a room right after check in, but the cleanliness was still the same. The staff’s attitude is terrible. I was referred to talk to a female manager(Kristen? I am not sure) by a couple of receptionist. However, Bryan, seems another manager, just completely refused me to talk to Kristen. I don’t have anyone can help me in this situation, at all. The attitude of staff was very tough and difficult, and I was asked to leave the receptionist table while I was calling platform. This hotel is TERRIBLE.

Perfect for a few days exploring Copenhagen. Fairly close to a metro station and the main train station to head west to most attractions. Room was excellent, though small. Fantastic buffet breakfast.
