We were warned not to leave the patio area because of possible instability of the cliff face - this put me on edge for the entire stay. The house was lovely and comfortable, but it was not clean. There were large dead insects variously, the griller and BBQ were dirty.The views were greatly hampered by very unclean windows. I was pleased our overseas guests were arriving the following day, as I spent the first day cleaning - which was not my preferred option. There were some maintenance problems with taps in the kitchen and bathroom (no hot water).
