About this space Very private, Charming 1905 One Bedroom apartment in the Mingus park neighborhood. Within walking distance of the bay, downtown restaurants, bars, antiquing, & coffee shops in Coos Bay. Comfy queen sized bed. Full Kitchen & Laundry. Wifi, TV with Netflix. Pets allowed with previous discussion and small cleaning fee. Pack n’ play available for babies or cot available for older children or for 3rd guest. The couch is SO COMFY, guests occasionally skip the bed. ( couch sheets available ! ) The space Elegant 1905 home remodeled for comfort is welcoming guests. They don’t make them like this anymore. Walkable, quiet Mingus park neighborhood with great neighbors. One Bedroom with courtyard access has a full kitchen & laundry. The courtyard on the south side of the building is available for smoking or vaping. . .
