This inn is incredibly charming with a welcoming porch and rocking chairs, high ceilings, and Victorian details. The staff is very friendly and serves a delicious, healthy and hearty breakfast included in the room rate. Perhaps most importantly, our bathroom was all redone (in the old style but new) and super-clean. I was pleased there were also (unobtrusively-installed)fire sprinklers. We would stay there again. The staff was very helpful and the inn was very convenient to the attractions in Cooperstown. We were able to walk to just about everything. Breakfast was great and the free parking was a plus. You have to wait quite a while for the hot water to come but once it does it is good and hot. It's an old historic inn after all.
