Silver Sands is the silver lining to any holiday! Laid back, just one road back from the beach and generous section, a great spot to set up for your holiday. The open-plan kitchen; dining; and living areas open out to the decked area with BBQ on hand for summer dining. A fantastic section for a friendly game of backyard cricket. Plus; this space offers ample boat parking - ideal for the keen fisherman and boatie! Upon return from days at the beach; an outdoor shower is waiting to help wash off the sweat and sand. Sleeping up to 6 guests; this Cooks Beach accommodation offers three bedrooms; the master bedroom is fitted with a Queen bed, bedroom 2 with a double bunk set plus one single bed, and bedroom 3 has one single and one trundle bed. Bedroom 2 also opens out onto the deck. There are plenty of books available; as well as puzzles and games to keep the family occupied during any indoor days. For a low-key holiday with an excellent location; head to Cooks Beach and enjoy Silver Sands!! The trampoline in the pictures is not available for guest use. Please note that there is an additional dwelling on the property that is not available to guests. This additional dwelling will not be tenanted while you are staying at Silver Sands. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
