The lady was nasty about it and said I would loose over 160\. If I can't get cash.. and after I got the cash set to Walmart and then checked in the walls are paper thin and u can hear everything next door and it sounds like a stomping party upstairs until like 3 am... Ugh I will never stay there again ... I’ve stayed in way worse places than here. This was the worst experience I think that me and my wife has ever experienced staying at a hotel. Let's just say that for starters I would recommend that you sleep with your CLOTHES and SHOE$ on! There are definitely infested with BED BUGS ! I can understand perhaps they might had a guest before us bring them there but the chances would be very slim since they actually moved us to another room on different floor after notifying them of the situation. The only thing that did was make the situation worse since the 2nd room that they gave us was even worse not only with having the same problems with bed bugs , there was human feces and urine about the size of a basket ball at the head of the bed along with running down the side of bed frame and floor . After taking several pictures and another trip to front desk office I was able to speak with owner of property and was told that it was after normal business hours and there was nothing he could do ! Told me that they were completely sold out and that the only recommendation he could give us was to remove the comforter and sheets, place them ouside next to our front door and lay some towels over the area on the mattress!!!! I asked him if we could get new comforter and sheets and a few more large bath towels but was told no that laundry was done for the day and that it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning when house keeping came in that we could get our new linens. No joke !!
