It was nice that I was moved to another affiliated hotel after a flood at Red Garter…that was suppose to be an upgrade “Nugget” but it is very dated with stains on the carpet. The heater also did not work so the room was very cold. I mentioned it at checkout and the clerk acted like he didn’t hear me. I never stayed at the Red Garter but if The Nugget is an upgrade I have to really consider whether the low price is worth it. I didn’t contact the desk to check the heater as it was 11pm and figured no one could do anything.

Waitress down at the table games was awful at coming by our table for drinks. like saw her maybe 4-5 times while playing at the same table for over 4 hours. i did tip too so that was a bit annoying other than that though everything was great

All of the employees look like crack heads. The breakfast area was closed until further notice 😡😡😡😡 The carpet in our room was all stained, very gross. The whole place smells like cigarettes. We were very disappointed.
