"There was no hot tub and no breakfast at the Horseshu Hotel. But there were 27 STEPS! !!! UP to get to my so called 1st floor room. When I went all the way back to Cactus Pete's to complain about the steps and no elevator I was informed that I could choose to drive up around back and could use that back entrance. Then there were only 7 steps down. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel and visited the casino, and unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. The most immediate issue was the overwhelming smoke throughout the casino. It was extremely heavy and made it uncomfortable to spend any extended time there. Service was also disappointing. Despite the casino not being busy, we waited around while actively playing machines for nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted by any attendant. A simple welcome or offer of assistance would have made a big difference. Additionally, the gaming options felt limited and confusing. Only line-style games were available, and there were no keno machines, which was a letdown. On top of that, the betting systems and gameplay options weren’t very user-friendly, especially for casual players—it felt overly complicated rather than enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel stay itself may have potential, the casino experience needs significant improvement in air quality, customer service, and accessibility of games. Our room was clean and sufficient, and the front desk/cashier person who checked us in was polite and helpful. "

"No breakfast bar. Broken down waffle maker so closed it all down. Carpet was dirty. Tvs are very old. "

"The room was on the 1st floor which i appreciated and my car could park near the entrance. The host and hostess were friendly and helpful. The restaurant connected to the motel had really good food."
