This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay with the entire family! With 5-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, a pool, a hot tub, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, a ping pong table, and an additional TV room upstairs this home is the perfect spot! The primary bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed and has a large bathroom with two sinks, a standalone tub, and a standup shower. The additional four bedrooms are upstairs with two more full bathrooms, a TV room, and a game room area.



The backyard is truly an outdoor oasis that is sure to be your favorite spot to enjoy with family and friends. Whether you are eating dinner in the covered outdoor dining area, swimming in the private pool, or relaxing in the hot tub there is something for everyone. We can’t wait to host you!

My family and i looved our stay! The home is beautiful just as posted. Other than the jacuzzi not working the pool was perfect and the patio setting was very comforting. Everything else was great as well! Definitely would stay again!

Vacation in the Woodlands

We loved the property and would stay again. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoors. Would have liked a nice propane grill and needed a blow dryer otherwise the house was perfect.

The house is great for larger groups with space both up and down for relaxing / gathering. The pool is a nice addition with ample outdoor space. There is a paved, long walking/jogging path connected to a couple of parks in the neighborhood.

Great Low Key Location for a Group

Came to The Woodlands for an adult lacrosse tournament and some of the team stayed here. The pool and hot tub were perfect for post-tournament relief. The house was as advertised and everything was clean. It met our needs. Communication was easy.

Excellent Property and Location

We go down to Houston about every year for our anniversary. We have our best friend come with us and have a few friends in the area we visit with. We plan on having enough bedrooms for everyone to stay and space to enjoy time with each other. This house was excellent. It was well laid out, all the bedrooms were great and there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for easy cooking and all the appliances were good quality worked great. The back yard and pool and sauna were awesome and great for relaxing after longer days being out and about. Overall everything was as the listing said. No surprises and everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. I did communicate with the property management quite a bit and they were very responsive and helpful, both before and after arrival. I have no complaints about this property and the rental process was great and I would love to rent from them again.

Great House in the Woodlands

We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean, spacious, and as described in the listing! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the upstairs media room. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac and there is a playground that is walkable, just at the end of the street. The house is right off of 242 providing easy access to anywhere in The Woodlands and quick access to I45 if needed.

The house did not seem like it had been reset to standard for new guests to arrive. Sheets were left on the couch, some trash in the yard, and other small items were left around the house, the pool was not cleaned upon arrival. No hot water was available for our 3 night stay. I sent a message to the host Friday night to let them know about the sheets and where I had put them. I did not receive a response, so I am grateful we had no major issues. The location to the woodlands and space was very nice. We enjoyed our stay but did not feel it was worth the cost.
