Enchanted April Lake House

  • Enjoy views of Lake Conroe among the beautiful rolling hills and golf courses of April Sound Country Club community where you can access the amenities with a temporary membership for $100 per family. Our single family 3 bed 2.5 bath 1800 sqft. built in 2007 backs up to a greenbelt where from the 2nd floor balcony you can watch the sunset over Lake Conroe. Our elevated spacious deck with pergola, gas grill and firepit allow you to savor your dinner outdoors or lounge under the shade. Bring your boat or jet skis and park in the 2-car garage or spacious driveway. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of amenities, animals welcome, friendly neighbors and very safe neighborhood gated entrance.
