Nice stay

Excellent space! Each of us had our own room and televisions- which was nice! The area was close to interstate- so that was convenient. There was a weird pack of what appeared to be wild dogs in the lot near the house that barked they the night but the house was still fairly quiet considering. The owner responded quickly to our questions and was very kind. Would recommend this facility if you needed this area.

Place was comfortable and clean. Train nearby comes through quite often and the single ply toilet paper drives me crazy. Other than these it was a great place to stay.

I absolutely loved this home and can’t wait to book it again! The only little hiccup was figuring out where to direct my company for parking, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great Oasis

We had a great stay here and highly recommend it! Having 2 outdoor spaces (fenced yard w/patio and rooftop with furniture and TV) were awesome for our family because it gave us space to move around and not be on top of each other. Great communication with owners and check in and out was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again when in Conroe.

Cozy townhome

We were in town for a softball tournament and this property worked out perfect because it was within 10 minutes of the fields we were at. It is confidently located very close to old town Conroe and I would highly recommending dining at the Pacific Yardhouse.

Conroe Wedding

We came to visit Conroe for a wedding. The location of the home was in a quiet area. The home was clean and was exactly what was advertised. We had a minor issue with a leak due to the rain, but that did not take away from the stay. The owners had excellent communication and detailed instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Funeral

We traveled to Texas for my sister’s funeral. We knew ahead of time that we would not be up to the drive home after the service so I found this location for our family. It was very clean and had everything thing we needed. Host was great to work with and communicate well.

Beautiful, well-appointed place that looks just like the pictures. Honestly the most comfortable rental bed and sheets I have ever stayed in. High ceilings and lots of light, and immaculately clean. We didn't get to use the rooftop but it was a cool feature. Loved that they had some bottled water, k-cups, and creamer... a small thing that is so nice after a long day of travel. However, it should be noted that the neighborhood looks sketchy. It's a small town so I don't know whether it's unsafe but I wouldn't have felt comfortable there alone. We were glad our large SUV fit in the garage and wouldn't have to be parked in the driveway overnight. Everything besides the neighborhood was really nice, and it's a small town so there aren't many options. If we returned to Conroe we would stay again.
