We were always very pleased with the clean and up to date cottages. Phelps,Wi. was awful. We found mens underware in one of the dressers. We had mice, maybe half of the blinds were not useable because the wands were missing, Our bathroom floor was dirty and had hair all over and the kitchen is OLD. Only one pier was safe to use. There is no AC in the main front bedroom, that was not advertised and so that was frustrating-- it was very hot!! The kitchen was sorely lacking in many of the basic items. The only glasses were small wine glasses and there were only 7 forks, spoons, plates etc. We are a cooking family and so we were also disappointed that there were no nonstick pans, no ice cream scoop, no serving spoons, only one tiny cutting board and no basic spices (which we typically find at most rentals).
