Lighting was horrible. Sofa bed was horrible. Valet staff amazing. Reception staff not very friendly. I was there accompanying a friend in memory care so we got a 1 bedroom so we could each have privacy but so I could be close if needed. We had a question about an issue in our room but the staff immediately took care of it and we were very happy with the results. The area around the hotel was very nice too. The pull out couch was very dirty and the mattress cover was dirty and falling apart. Very little natural light. It felt like a dungeon.
