It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Queen-size bed (160×200), TV \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC Outside area : \- A terrace of approximately 6 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Communal areas : \- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from June 1 to September 20 (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security.
