  • Welcome to this contemporary villa built in 2024 in Sainte-Marine. You will enjoy a heated indoor pool at 84°F all year round, south-facing terraces, and a fully enclosed garden. The ideal location between the port and the large beach means you can do everything on foot.



    The ground floor features a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a laundry room, and the indoor pool. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with four bunk beds, a small office, and a master suite with a dressing room.
