"The hotel was fantastic, the room clean with a very comfortable bed, all facilities in bedroom hair dryer, tea making and toiletries, all the staff very friendly and polite especially Kayley at check in and out and a special shout out to Nat who was friendly, informative and nothing was to much bother Only slight downside had a bar meal on the Friday night starters came out at different times mine was eaten before my wife’s came out and the pizza was burnt on the bottom "

Our kettle wasn't working properly and unfortunately there weren't any replacements available but otherwise everything was in good condition and very clean. Unfortunately the night porter had told us that breakfast would be available until 10.30am, which is the case at the weekend but not on weekdays. When we arrived for breakfast at 10am the staff could not have been more helpful and offered to cook us fresh bacon rolls. "
