"The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. "The place is wonderful. What I did not like much is that some of the facilities were not available (hidro massage, gas bbq). The road to get there is also narrow and full of curves, but totally worth it. The family do not speak much in English, but we always could mostly understand each other. The apartment that I got was old fashioned and better than I could expect and with almost everything you might (no salt or oil to cook, but everything else). The view is amazing and the heating elements...

We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. "Very (very) close to the train station. Trains can get a little noisy but we made it part of the charm! Walking distance to all the restaurants and waterfront public spaces which is great for people travelling by train. Pamphlets and guides of Cinque-Terre are all there in multiple languages. Service was great abd the host was very helpful getting ourselves ready for Cinque-Terre. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "
