As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. The rental is on one half of a ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances. Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more). We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use. Please see the amenity list for stocked items. Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. The Roku TV in the living room has a guest mode available. Do remember to log out before checking out. You can set the dates, and the TV will automatically log you out. There is private parking right on the property in the two designated spots.Follow the sidewalk with pathway lights to the front of the building. We have had neighbors complain about previous guests' noise when they walked in the driveway between the neighboring duplex. Please help us to be good neighbors and respect their privacy by using the sidewalk with pathway lights. Thank you! We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. From here, you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the vibrant art and Cultural District of downtown Columbus. It was only a couple minutes from High St. Starbucks was only a minute down the street. The size was just perfect for our needs on this trip. The neighborhood is very crowded, but surprisingly very quiet as well. The location right off of a main street is great, giving you quick access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and businesses. There's a great little French cafe not far away. Evan provides one of the very best description and summaries of a property that I've ever seen. So many great details. This house was located not even a 5 minute drive from where my friend lives, so was incredibly convenient. It's on a cul-de-sac, and was incredibly quiet. It's part of a duplex but we never heard any sounds from next door or even across the street. The on site parking was a plus, and the fact that it's pet friendly was great since we had our dog with us. We didn't utilize the backyard, but there's a firepit set up and plenty of lawn space. The interior of the house was spotless which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property if you're needing a clean, safe, quiet place to stay while visiting Columbus. ##### Neha G. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I loved that there were fans in the bedrooms. I'm someone that has a hard time sleeping without a fan so I was very happy that they were available. Nicely stocked utensils and cookware in kitchen including a Keurig with coffee. Cute patio with outside seating that overlooks a large green space in the back. Convenient parking as well. Evan, the host, was very responsive and helpful. This is a sweet two bedroom one bathroom located just south of downtown Worthington. The property owner was very responsive to all our concerns and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property was lovely and well kept. My family enjoyed the stay and made good use of the back yard with the fire pit. We loved being able to bring our dog with us and the space for him was great. Kitchen supplies were very surprising, allowing us to prepare several meals without having to get extra cookware. The kids loved the snack dispensers in the kitchen. It was clean, well maintained and as-advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet, which not only allowed for a good night’s sleep, but it allowed our dog to settle in nicely. Whenever we returned from being away for a while, we would find him all cozy and quiet in his travel cage. There was also a lot of attention to detail, which was appreciated. For example, many of the cabinets were labeled with what you could expect to find inside. We also made a couple of meals in the kitchen and it was nice to have access to plenty of pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Communication with the host was exceptional. The house is a smoker's home. This should be stated in the ad. In our case we definitely wouldn't have booked had we known. Questioned host about this, they said the last person smoked and they tried to get the smell out. This strikes me as less than honest. The home smells like an old motel with years and years of smoking. When you sit on the couch it smells like smoke. The bathroom smells like stale smoke.
