Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. Also there were homeless people hanging out in the community and that was quite concerning. The unit itself was fine although much older than pictures show.
