Newly renovated, beautiful basement apartment conveniently located near hospitals, Ft. Moore, downtown, and shopping in Columbus.  
This one-bedroom, one-bath basement furnished room is in a highly desirable, quiet neighborhood in Columbus, GA.  
The property is within walking distance of T.J. Maxx, Publix, CVS Pharmacy, Wells Fargo, and Truist Bank. The apartment includes one bathroom, one bedroom, a family area, office space, kitchen and dining spaces, and two car-covered carport. The floors have been fully upgraded with beautiful porcelain tiles, new blinds, updated light switches, fixtures, and faucets.
