You will have many options to stay entertained. The Space: This splendor one bed, one bath, was recently built and provides a luxury feel throughout the space. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, solid surface counters, and modern wood cabinetry along with high-grade wood-grain laminate flooring. Refrigerators are complete with ice-makers. Enjoy the pool, gym, and spa on your stay! Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV. POOL AND HOT TUB REMINDER: THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND (CLOSED: SEPTEMBER TO MAY). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (3 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (1mile) are all right around the corner. Getting Around: Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking. POOL RULES: This is a private pool for all Tenant and guest use, available to those within the apartment complex Daily Pool Hours: 9:00AM – 10:00PM. Any/all guest(s)/visitor(s) must be accompanied by a Tenant at all times and he/she is the responsibility of the Tenant. Each Apartment may host no more than two guests total. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. No rafts, large balls, toys, glass containers, pets (except pets permitted by law), cut-offs, thong-style swimwear, or alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area. Proper swim attire required at all times. Persons suffering from communicable illness, skin diseases, eye, ear, nose and throat infections as well as persons under the influence of intoxicants are prohibited from using the pool. No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool area under surveillance at all times. NO DIVING HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES: Maximum capacity: 12 people. No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time. For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it. Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time. No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted. No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Proper swim attire required at all times. Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub. Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations. VIOLATION OF ANY RULE(S) SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN FINES TO BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Ideally located, great facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the past and will continue in the future.On a separate note the check in process this time was unacceptable. The lock box to our property was jammed and would not open. It took numerous calls and a significant amount of time to resolve the issue. Once resolved the lock box that we were changed to did not have a parking pass further delaying our access. I would suggest that someone on the onsite team check every box prior to the arrival of a guest to assure it is functioning correctly and contains the appropriate access items. ##### Tom H. The property was exactly as shown including apartment and amenities. Clean and comfortable beds, lots of room, and was convenient to everything. Host was very responsive to questions. However, parking was incredible, especially parking on the 3rd floor where the apartment was located was so convenient. The location of the apartment was good, not far from the highway and was a safe neighborhood. ##### Brenda B. Convenient to restaurants, was only @1 1/2 miles to Ohio State football stadium, grocery shopping was not far away. Garage parking was great! Beds were very comfortable and the living spaces were spacious and well set up. There is a nice pool area that will be crowded if it's a hot day, and there were pool tables available for use. We enjoyed our stay!Some things to note - overall it was clean, but they do need to check the kurg more carefully, need to clean the bathroom fans and need to either wash or replace the comforter on the king size bed (looks to have some stains on the corner). Also the rental faces a busy street, which was a bit on the louder side a few times in the over night hours. ##### Steve M. Easy check in and out. Free parking! Not a lot of kitchen dishes or pans if you want to cook there. ##### Jane Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Brittany R. 26 mai 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### OKish Memorial Day Weekend The property overall was nice and appealing looks wise, however the Internet and remotes didn't always work (we had issues with the TV remote (none of it worked, had to do manually on TV) and light/fan(unable to turn off light and have fan running) remote in the living room). Internet was almost non-existent, however one of our guests (three) wasn't even able to ever connect the Internet throughout the entire trip. Also would have been nice to have a larger table that at least sits four people vs a small table and the isalnd. Toilet paper was subpar, thinner than what you get even at hotels. Love that it was animal friendly, but was worried about my dog scratching the leather couch. Also if your dog is used to free space in a large green area, this location is very much middle of the city so there isn't a ton of green space. ##### Brittany R. The balcony door was hard to open we had to call a male friend to help but he was able to get it open. Master bathroom is soo pretty too love the tall ceilings. ##### Camille W. This apartment was in a great location for us as it was graduation weekend. Two full bedrooms and two full baths were appreciated. It was very clean and ready for us at 4 PM. We did leave comments regarding needing another key fob, more towels, and basic kitchen items. We were just there for two nights, but it was worth it! ##### Melissa B.
