We wanted to get away for a last minute weekend before school started up again. This was a great little place for my wife and two kids age 8 and 6\. Smithville is an amazing small town with great people. The cottage is convenient to everything and we enjoyed every inch of it. This cottage is in a great location in the historic part of Smithville, in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to downtown. It feels secluded and has a well kept pool right out the front door. It was very clean. We appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the owners.
