House was very clean well maintained and was the best place we have stayed for our time coming to Colombus for the mojo softball tournament. Would love to stay again.
It’s exactly what we needed for a conference we were attending. It was a cute place with all the amenities needed for the week! The neighborhood is very nice looking as well.
We stayed in this house with 13 people for a fine arts trip and found it conveniently located for Columbus, well stocked, and able to accommodate us all for a week.
The house was as described. It definitely had a laid back feel, which was perfect for our family. The own made communication easy and the neighborhood was inviting.

Good basic home for family get-together, kid-proof and dog-proof. The back yard isn't fenced, and the neighbors clearly don't like vacationers (a hostile sign points at the back yard). Kitchen barely suitable to cook in. Had to change some bulbs. Furniture is different from photos - more rugged chairs/bar stools. Landlord was kind enough to allow an early check in but it took several asks to get a response. Our grandkids are rambunctious so this was perfect for us.
We had a great stay in this property! The owner was in touch immediately after booking. It is in a nice neighborhood within minutes of gas stations, stores and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to almost anything you wanna do in Columbus. There was tons of room for our whole family with plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The host also stocked the unit with complimentary coffee, water and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
Four friends and I were in town for a sporting event. This house was great for us. No frills, but plenty of comfortable beds, two full baths and a kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. But, we knew that going in, so we just packed accordingly. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay in Columbus. Jordan was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. It was convenient to all the activities we had planned in the area. The house met all our needs and was clean. The only thing I would suggest is dishtowels for the kitchen.
We would come back.
Quiet residential neighborhood with passive-aggressive signs on all sides of the property about the neighbors wishing this wasn’t a VRBO rental, but we didn’t see any actual neighbors, and ignored the signs. Large property and worked very well for what we needed. Easy check in and responsive host. Not the most updated place you will stay, but clean and comfortable.
Location was great, very nice neighborhood and very quiet, house was clean. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer :) Maybe a couple more cooking pans and a grill would have been great :) but overall, we enjoyed the stay at your place. Thank you!
The property was in a neighborhood that was convenient to everything we needed. There was not enough linens, so we were fortunate that one family member could bring more linens. The house was clean, except previous people left ash tray and some garbage on deck. Neighbors were not friendly, but since it was cold it was no problem. We had fun thrifting and enjoyed the OSU game, except the team up North won.
I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided.
Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.

Comfortable
The house was comfortable, but could use some sprucing up. Because of the multiple level it was cold downstairs, comfortable on the main floor and hot in the upstairs bedrooms. Ceiling fans would be a wonderful addition in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, we were a bit put off by the multiple signs around the home that said, This is our neighborhood, NOT YOUR VACATION HOME! Made us feel very unwelcome. We were not there to party, just wanted a comfortable place to stay for a trip to the Zoo and to see soccer game. Overall this was a pleasant place to stay, as long as you are not wanting to use the house as a party house, as I am sure the cops would be there in an instant.
It was an amazing stay for our group of 15! When we first got to the house, it was very clean and everything at the house was described on the listing. It was a big enough space to be able to hangout with a large group and there was a smart TV for entertainment! Overall, it's an amazing weekend stay for a large amount of people!
During your stay though, I would stay quiet and not disturb the neighbors because there are signs around the neighborhood street saying "Neighborhoods are for neighbors. This is not your weekend vacation". During our stay, a resident across the street yelled at us for 'having too many people' (when we were leaving for our event), even though we had under the preferred amount of people during the stay. The neighbors are somewhat hostile by giving stares and putting up those signs, but I would just keep to yourself and not bother them/make tons of noise.
We had 12 people in our group go. Plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the Property Manager was better than a 5 out of 5! All of the appliances work, so that is always a plus!
One thing that needs to be mentioned that you will see throughout the other reviews is the neighbors attitude for this house being a rental. We actually found it funny after the initial "what is going on"? phase passed. I just want to add that I don't think it has anything to do with the Property Manager/Owner of the Property; the neighbors just appear to lack any real hobbies. In our 4 days there, we only saw 1 neighbor out and they seemed friendly enough.
My wife and I were in town for my son's wedding and my mother and brother stayed with us. The house was in a convenient location for all the running around we had to do. It was very clean and spacious, with a nice sized yard for our dog. My other brother and his wife came over during down time and there was plenty of room to hang out. The instructions Jordan provided were thorough and clear, and he was very responsive to the questions I had before we checked in. The bottle of wine he left us was a nice touch! Despite the signs from the neighbors, they left us alone. We had to load and unload alcohol for the wedding reception and no one said a word to us. It got a little warm in the main bedroom upstairs since we're used to ceiling fans, but nothing uncomfortable. It made a stressful weekend more enjoyable. At the end of each day, it was nice to return to the house to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.
