Staff was great stay was okay beds were extremely uncomfortable if you like really firm beds then this is the place for you I actually felt like I was sleeping on the floor . Definitely not what it looked like in the pics I feel like they need to update some things around there other then that it was good :)

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Jackson. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold options, and the dining area was kept clean throughout the morning. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re visiting Fort Jackson, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only suggestion I would make is to continue maintaining the rooms and common areas to the high standard they already have. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Columbia/Fort Jackson area.

I love atmosphere that was presented around the hotel very clean. Staff is very patient. Very helpful. And overall, I was very comfortable and at ease and rested and I didn’t even know they had pets in the building. That’s how quiet it was for me and I would definitely come back there again or any other facility of Hampton Hilton hotel keep up the good work because it was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent.👏
